Kerala SIDCO Limited has empanelled accredited IT & Telecomm firms throughout Kerala to execute the projects undertaken. The Tool Room provides comprehensive and integrated services in the tool engineering and has high – tech capabilities in toll production, tool design and heat treatment besides providing consultancy services in the filed of tool engineering and innovation for improved quality and productivity. The tool room cum training centre is committed towards undertaking product design and prototype development.
The Kadavanthara Project, “Construction of a Multi Storied Commercial Complex” aims to brig together its occupancies from different areas of business operations. The project is intended to be operated on commercial format of Build, Operate and Transfer (B.O.T) basis. The prospective investor selected through open competitive bidding shall be provided the entire land on long term B.O.T concessionaire agreement and lease basis at the quoted price under competitive bidding. The total cost of the Project is likely to be between `190 to 200 crores.
